The rooms are a nice size with maximum lighting. Really helpful staff here at the receptionist. - Our property is set in a central location not far from the center of town and Miri's largest mall. Rewritten: The rooms are spacious and well-lit, and the staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near the town center and Miri's biggest mall, making it a great choice for a vacation getaway.

Appreciated this affordable hotel: awesome food and welcoming staff. The room was modern & neat with toothbrush, maximum lighting, a big size bed. Central location was a plus. Plus it was in a shopping area.

The hotel staff was very rude.

Bell boys are very helpful and friendly.

No late check out were allowed since I checked in late night. The system is very rigid and not flexible.

Location, situated at best shopping mall in Miri, the Bintang Mall. And in the heart of the city of Miri.

The furniture seems like not good quality stuff, the bathtub was leaking.

It was convenient hotel with very hardworking staff at the receptionist. The room was brand-new, towels were new. The location was strategic and the best for vacation in Miri. Highly recommended for vacation.

to have breakfast each time moving to another floor. although large selection, bread rolls, peaks, western food and fruit juices only in small selection. for example, no espresso, cream for coffee, wholemeal bread. often unclearly recognizable food and spices in plates and pans. no neutral looking pasta.

The receptionist staff were very kind during my stay. the room was huge, with a big comfortable bed. Great location within a short walk to public areas, food outlets, retail shops, and a shopping mall. Enjoyed a nice buffet breakfast. Additionally, conveniently located near another shopping center.

Cozy room environment and it feels like i dont wanna go out from the room:)

Very limited timing to check out(12nn) and worried about the safety on the basement parking (no security around).

The facilities suitable and able for family gathering.

The car park assess to hotel lobby or hotel room it not suitable especially lonely and nite time.

The location was good and excellent for Miri, very close to Bintang shopping mall, and Bintang Megamall which has Uniqlo. the breakfast was WONDERFUL. - the room was neat and huge with the big size bed.
